Boston Children's Hospital

For the past six years, the generous support of Boston Children's Hospital has helped GEMS @ The Arts strengthen families by investing in the well-being of parents and caregivers. Their partnership has enabled us to create trusted spaces where mothers and families can connect, access resources, reduce isolation, and build the confidence and skills needed to support their children's healthy development.

What began as a core Family Connection Group has grown into a broader network of community connection and leadership, empowering participants to support one another, advocate for their families, and become leaders within their neighborhoods. Together, our partnership has reinforced the understanding that when caregivers thrive, children are healthier, more resilient, and better positioned to succeed.

The Community Foundation for MetroWest

The Community Foundation for MetroWest has been a catalyst in helping GEMS @ The Arts deepen our commitment to equity, community leadership, and meaningful engagement. Their support enabled us to listen directly to more than 200 residents, strengthen partnerships with organizations across the MetroWest region, and embrace a community-centered approach that values co-creation over simply gathering input.

This work has expanded opportunities for residents to connect through arts, culture, and civic engagement while fostering leadership, trust, and collaboration. Together, we are creating a more inclusive and accessible arts community where every voice is valued and every resident has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and lead.
