Gems @ The Arts is a community hub rooted in arts, culture, and authentic engagement. Located in a historic space in Framingham, we bring people together through social connection, access, and creative experiences that build community, belonging, and opportunity.
We believe that everyone deserves access to the transformative power of the arts. From youth programs to intergenerational gatherings, our space is designed to foster creativity, celebrate diversity, and strengthen the bonds that make our community thrive.

Gems @ The Arts is a community-rooted creative home where artists, students, and neighbors come together to make and experience art. From visual arts and music to dance, spoken word, and theatre, our programs celebrate the creativity already alive in Framingham. We invest in local artists through teaching opportunities, performance space, exhibition moments, and authentic collaboration—so the people shaping our culture have a place to keep creating right here in our community.

I started coming to Gems when I was 14. Now I'm 19 and leading my own workshops. This place doesn't just welcome youth—it empowers us to lead.
Gems @ The Arts gave my daughter confidence I never knew she had. The programs didn’t just teach her art—they taught her to believe in herself and her voice.
As a local artist, finding affordable studio space felt impossible. Gems not only gave me a place to create—they connected me to students, collectors, and a community that genuinely supports local art.
The community markets are where I sell my pottery and meet customers face-to-face. Gems built something special here—a real creative economy that lifts everyone up.
